Give Food

Donate A Meal

Our program of bringing in dinner is one of the most popular at the Haven, and our residents love it! Volunteers can sign up to donate a meal at our shelter (enough to feed ten residents) on a day of their choosing. Meal donations can be dropped off hot at 5:00 pm, or with re-heating instructions. Sign up through our Volunteer Coordinator, or click here to donate online.

Volunteers can sign up to donate two bags of groceries for our shelter to be used in weekly meal planning. Choose from four food groups to make up the two bags: Produce, Protein, Grains or Diary. Drop-offs occur on Wednesdays at 5:00 pm. Grocery Shopping

Are you an expert grocery shopper? The Haven is in need of volunteers to grocery shop on Sundays between 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. The Haven supplies the grocery list and gift cards, and volunteers will go out and shop and return items to the shelter. Sign up through our Volunteer Coordinator, or click here to sign up online.

Grocery Inventory

On Saturday and Sundays, the Haven needs help taking inventory of the food items in our shelter. Volunteers will work to help us formulate a grocery list based upon the week’s meal plan and the food we have on hand. For more information, volunteers can contact our Volunteer Coordinator.

Your generous food donations are greatly appreciated.
